TabPurr1. What this covers
These terms govern your use of the TabPurr browser extension (“the extension”) and this website (savechrometabs.com). By installing or purchasing, you accept them.
2. Free features and Pro
Automatic tab grouping, full-title search and one local workspace are free. Free also includes manual backups, backup restore, full JSON export/import, and up to 3 hourly automatic backup records when protection is enabled. Pro adds up to 50 workspaces, automatic backup checks every 10 minutes with up to 24 records, bulk window merge/split, and cosmetic extras. Feature boundaries are shown in the extension's own interface and on the pricing table.
3. Purchase and activation
Pro is a one-time purchase (US$5.99, or ¥9.99 for mainland-China buyers). Payments are processed by a third-party checkout platform under its own terms; we never see or store your payment details. Your Pro license is an activation code that is verified locally on your device , no account is created. Codes are currently issued manually and delivered within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.
4. Refunds
If Pro is not right for you, write to tanteSirlcx@gmail.com within 3 days of payment for a full refund; no justification required. This is our own commitment and is in addition to , not a replacement for , any rights you have under consumer law or the checkout platform's policies.
5. License scope
Your purchase grants a perpetual license to use the current version of the extension on the devices you personally use. Activation codes are personal: don't resell or redistribute them. The extension itself may not be redistributed under another name.
6. Breach and consequences
These terms remain in force while you use the extension. If you seriously breach them , for example reselling activation codes, publishing codes for others to use, or redistributing the extension or a modified copy under another name , we may terminate your license: affected activation codes may stop being accepted in future updates, and support and refunds may be refused for the violating purchase. No refund is due for a purchase terminated because of breach. Using your copy on your own devices, including keeping your own backups, is not affected. For serious violations such as fraud or large-scale piracy, we may take further measures to the extent the law allows.
7. No warranty
The extension is provided “as is”. Browsers change, extensions break, and local data can be lost when a browser profile is reset or storage is cleared , keep your own backups (JSON export is free, always). We are not liable for lost data, lost time, or consequential damages beyond the amount you paid, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Trademarks
Chrome is a trademark of Google LLC. This extension and website are independent projects, not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.
9. Changes
If these terms change, the effective date above is updated. Continued use after changes means acceptance; material changes are also announced on this site.
10. Privacy
Handling of data is described in the privacy policy. In short: tab data stays on your device, nothing is uploaded, and no accounts exist.
